Karen Nolan provides guidance to clients regarding wealth succession, asset protection and growth, and major life events such as births, marriages, divorce, incapacity, and end-of-life decisions. She specializes in wills, trusts, advance directives, estate and trust administration, guardianship, probate, and planning for disability. In addition, she assists clients with issues associated with long-term care planning including Medicaid asset protection planning, establishing Special Needs Trusts, and Special Needs Trust administration.
Karen was raised in the Tampa Bay area. She is a graduate of the University of Miami in Miami, Florida and she received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Karen is active in the Tampa community as a Foundation committee member for John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She also enjoys mentoring students as an adjunct professor of legal studies
