Our Focus

Also, the firm has a special focus in the practice area in the representation of Homeowner’s and Condominium Association Law. The attorneys in this practice group practice in lien enforcement and collections, covenant preparation and enforcement, board representation, and covenant modification. Members of the firm regularly facilitate legal workshops and speak to organizations and property managers on current topics affecting associations and condominium boards. The firm represents approximately 100 associations and condominium boards throughout the State of Florida.
